Deutsches Reich.
From January 1900 a new serie of stamps Germania and motives from the German Kaiserreich was issued. The stamps were used to 1922. All values exist with different drawings, colours, watermarks, perforations or types of paper. The first serie issued in 1900 from January to October is easy to recognize as it has the inscription REICHSPOST. From 1902 Reichspost was changed to DEUTSCHES REICH. There are 14 values in the first serie and you can find more information on each value 2Pf., 3 Pf., 5 Pf., 10 Pf., 20 Pf., 25 Pf., 30 Pf., 40 Pf., 50 Pf., 80 Pf., 1 M., 2 M., 3 M. and 5 M. Only the most marked variations of each value are included.

Exist with two different types of perforation the most common is 25x17 holes but a print from 1919 has 26x17 holes. It is much rarer and prices start around 200 €. | |
